Refund policy

We accept returns or exchanges only for items that are damaged or defective. To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If an exchange isn't possible, we’ll issue a refund as online store credit.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@paperandpixel.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9008119189 with your order number and photos of the issue.

Once approved, please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund in the form of store credit.

Personalised or custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placing the order.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at hello@paperandpixel.in as soon as possible.

After this period or if the order has already moved into production, we will not be able to cancel it.
