Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Non-personalized items are shipped within 4 business days. Personalized items are shipped within 10 business days, since each piece is custom-made with care.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At the moment, we only ship within India.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your package.

PERSONALIZATION

Q: What can I personalize on my stationery?
A: You can add your name or initials to most products, making them uniquely yours. Currently, we do not offer full message personalization.

Q: How do I add personalization to my order?
A: Simply select “Personalized” when choosing your product, and enter the name or initials in the text field provided.

Q: Will I receive a proof of my personalization before printing?
A: No, we do not provide digital proofs before confirming the order. Please double-check spellings carefully when entering your name or initials.

Q: Do you design wedding invitations?

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

Q: Are taxes included in the prices shown?
A: Yes, all prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise noted at checkout.

Q: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
A: We may be able to offer special pricing for large or custom orders (such as weddings or corporate gifting). Please reach out with your requirements and we’ll confirm.

RETURNS & SUPPORT

Q: Can I return or exchange my order?
A: Non-personalized products cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged. Personalized products are non-returnable.

Q: What if my order arrives damaged?
A: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
